I'm a New York city native, currently residing in Florida. Whenever I visit NYC I always treat myself to lunch at "Loeb's Boat House" right in the middle of glorious Central Park. The setting, especially for this concrete, canyoned city, is spectacular, day or night. Pricey, but worth every divine, delicious moment.

A great team building environment (good food, big tables, noisy) is Carmines on 44th St. It's family Italian so you're sharing big plates. I've been there twice for reunions for my Junior Year in Italy group and us real authentic Italians loved it.
