		<description>True and to the point, especially regarding VC.  Take a look at the recent Simmons debacle where VC made money like they were printing it....selling and reselling an otherwise stable company that got so deeply in debt that no amount of good business could get it out...but the VC people still made their $$$.

While the Gourmet situation is a bit different we are today losing another opportunity at something more....something that inspires us to be better than we are.</description>
